Gest is a groundbreaking wireless input device that can be used to control just about anything, from replacing the keyboard to flying drones. Our quest was to make a unique wearable feel like second nature — allowing users to comfortably control objects with gesture controls.
After defining the audience, personas, and I embarked on creating an identity that seemed as fluid and effortless as the device's functionality itself. The research and identity provided a foundation for creating the industrial design, as well as prototypes, to eventually become a manufacturable product.
