Personalized retail drink mixing

When rolling out a system of internet-enabled soda fountains, many business benefits arise — from improving the supply chain to better equipment maintenance.

But what about the consumer? Online ordering, check-in promotions, personalized drink customization, mix sharing, community voting, and a whole lot more.

We started by identifying a feature set for the app based on the ask and audience. Followed that up with user journeys and flows based on available technologies such as QR. We then jumped right into wireframes and comps, with an emphasis on the mixing functionality of the app. Creating digital prototypes and sharable videos.
